Drilled through a mains water pipe on Easter Sunday, only person to answer the phone. Arrived withing 45 mins and fixed the pipework, was more interested in helping us than charging silly prices, very reasonable and trustworthy.. Thank you

After two visits Richard could not fix the ideal standard toilet which had problems flushing and suggested us to get a new one. He charged us 100 pounds for his failed attempts.

Our boiler decided to start playing up leaving us with no heating or hot water. Richard managed to squeeze us in and, most importantly fix it! He also fixed a leaking sink/blocked pipes leaving us in a far better state than which he found us. Was very helpful and we were very pleased with the service we received.

I needed a Powerflush sorting + a filter fitted to our combi boiler. British Gas quoted a ridiculous amount, so I looked online and found Richard. Half the price! Great service, lovely job, and good guys to work with. Recommended and I will definately be choosing M&S next time I need something doing. Thank you Richard and Ewan.

Very impressed, had new gas valve fitted today.
Richard came when he said he would(most don't in my experience) nice, honest guy did the job without any fuss and made sure I was happy before he left. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Richard for a couple of plumbing problems on a Friday afternoon and Sunday morning. Not the most ideal times in the day/week and on both occasions he attended the job on the same day and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Called Richard in an emergency when our old boiler started leaking water everywhere. He talked me through on the phone how to shut it off & didnt charge me a thing. Although Richard was friendly and prompt, I was not entirely satisfied his work. He did not clean up after the job nor did he complete the work he was paid to do ie he did not re-attach the cistern to the wall. Thankfully I have someone who was able to do this for me. A reasonable job.

Called Richard up for an emergency call out at 7pm, he was here in under an hour and fixed a burst pipe quickly and professionally. Very friendly guy, will definitely use him again. Also very reasonably priced.

Richard came out the same day (a Saturday) when we woke up to water dripping throught the ceiling one morning. He was friendly and honest and came back straight away when further problems arose. He took the time to do a proper job rather than a quick fix. He also very reliable at keeping in touch about when he was coming.

Tried to replace some taps until a pipe broke ! Called out on a Saturday, was able to come round and fix the pipes and replace taps. Excellent job and reasonably priced. Recommend to anyone :)
